Prime Minister Advisor Abdel-Hussein Al-Hanain announced the preparation of a new draft of the General Budget Law, which includes proposals related to reducing waste and controlling expenditures, and while he pointed to the success of the current government in activating the various sectors, revealed naming of the Iraqi negotiating delegation with the US on rearranging the relationship and withdrawal.
Iraqi musician Naseer Shamma held a big concert at the Arbil Castle, titled “Cities of Daffodil”; with a large number of internationally renowned musicians. Shamma told Ina correspondent: “the concert was dazzling; considering it was held at a well- known Iraqi City, at the historic Arbil Castle. I was joined by a group of peacemakers; some of the world's leading musicians. The audience’s (Kurds and Arabs) reception was enthusiastic. This concert will be held again in London next October”.
In a small area not exceeding six meters, three thousand pictures gathered holding the Iraqi history memory since the beginning of the 19th century till the 1970s and 1980s across political, social, cultural, art and sport personalities.
President of the University of Kufa in Najaf Governorate Muhsin Dhalimi stated to INA correspondent that an engineering team from his university and with self financing and efforts was capable to manufacture a car working on solar energy with capacity of nine passengers.
