Youth Minister: Forming new committees to draft the General Sports Law

 The Minister of Youth and Sports, Adnan Darjal, confirmed the formation of joint committees with the ministries of culture and education to rehabilitate the youth, as they represent the highest value for state building.

 In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Darjal said, "The coming period will witness the formation of a supreme committee to prepare draft youth and sports laws, consisting of representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Parliamentary Youth and Sports Committee, the Ministry of Youth, the Olympic Committee, the Supreme Judicial Council, and the State’s Shura as well.  For experts in sports and investment to draft a unified law for clubs, federations, the Olympic and Paralympic Commissions as well as sports investment, it is called the General Sports Act.
