The Iraqi Foreign Ministry announced today, Sunday, a flight to return 144 Iraqis from Damascus.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, said in a brief statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to Damascus, in coordination with the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority, is conducting the second extraordinary trip to Baghdad with 144 Iraqis on board because of the comprehensive embargo measures."
