ICB: The bank's recent measures will contribute to boosting banks capacity

 The Central Bank of Iraq confirmed, today, Sunday, that the bank's recent measures related to reducing the proportion of the mandatory reserve for bank deposits will contribute to enhancing the capacity of banks.

 A statement of the bank received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the recent measures taken by the bank related to reducing the proportion of the mandatory reserve for bank deposits will contribute to enhancing the capacity of banks by an amount of ((one trillion Iraqi dinars)) to reduce the impact of the contraction resulting from the Corona pandemic."
