Foreign Minister Mohamed Ali Al-Hakim preceded a speech at the urgent meeting of the Arab League on Trump’s deal of the century.
Al-Hakim welcomed the Minister of Kuwait Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Nasser bin Muhammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and the Minister of Lebanese Foreign Affairs Nassif Hatti as he wished them all the best in their work.
“We meet today, in an extraordinary session of the Council of the Arab League at the level of foreign ministers, which is exceptional in terms of the subject, timing and circumstances. We face extremely sensitive circumstances, after the announcement of the so-called (deal of the century) which is based on understanding and coordination with one party and lack of coordination with the legitimate Palestinian Authority, Arab countries, regional and international bodies, especially members of the Security Council, and the International Quartet,” al-Hakim included in his preceding.
