Al Halbousi discusses the parliamentary coordination with his Jordanian counterpart

 Speaker of Parliament Muhammad Al-Halbousi met today, Tuesday, Jordanian Parliament Speaker Atef Al-Tarawneh to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and developments in the region.

 According to the statement of the media office of the Speaker of Parliament during the meeting, Al-Halbousi indicated that Iraq was keen on strengthening cooperation between Iraq and Jordan in various levels according to mutual interests, and emphasizing the importance of joint coordination to confront the challenges of terrorism, and to preserve the sovereignty, security, and integrity of Iraq and its people and lands,  And support the Iraqi government in ending the file of displacement, and ensuring the return of the displaced and the restoration of stability, valuing Jordan's steadfast position, which His Majesty King Abdullah II affirms in supporting Iraq
