That the agreement come to the House of Representatives to study it and turn it into a law for future governments to abide by. "

Al-Jubouri pointed out that "Iraq today needs important strategic projects, and the budget does not cover that because of the operational aspects." Noting that "the agreement with China is a very important agreement because Chinese companies are sober and experienced in the field of infrastructure."

He added that "long-term investment of oil in projects and can block itself, for example, the large port of Al-Faw, it is possible that after its completion three years to recover its money, as well as airports."

The Prime Minister's advisor for financial affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, has confirmed that the trade agreement concluded between Iraq and China will focus on implementing infrastructure projects.
