Integrity Commission: Al-Halbousi discloses his financial liability for the year 2020

A statement received by the Iraqi News Agency said that the department indicated that it had received a form to disclose the financial liability of the Speaker of the council of Representatives for the current session, Muhammad Rikan Hadid Ali al-Halbousi for the current year.

The organization had disclosed at the end of last year the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the council of Representatives approved the amendment, according to the provisions of the first clause of Article (61) and the third clause of Article (73) of the Constitution, as referred to Article (16 / First / B) From the amendment to requiring (the president, two vice presidents and members of the council of Representatives, as well as others who occupy one of the official positions and positions as included in the article in its other paragraphs), to submit a statement of their financial receivables.
