The political blocs have been holding expanded meetings to resolve the dispute over the new election law.
The deputy of Al-Fatih coalition, Ahmed Al-Asadi told Iraqi News Agency – INA that the meetings of the political blocs are ongoing and it is expected that today’s Sunday, there will be a decisive meeting of the blocs chairmen to resolve the dispute over the elections law.
"Most of the blocs agreed on adopting the highest votes, while they differed on the issue of the province as one or multiple districts," said Al-Asadi.
