President Barham Salih received a telephone call from Vatican Prime Minister Cardinal Pietro Barolin.

According to a statement of the Presidential Information Office received by , the Vatican Prime Minister confirmed his support for Iraq, and wishes of the Iraqi people to live in peace and harmony, and that all aspirations of Iraqis in the free and dignified life.
