Al-Halbousi: Parliament is keen to redress the families of victims of the crime of Anfal

Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbousi met on Wednesday with a delegation of victims of the Anfal crime to hear their demands.

The demands of the Anfal people included expanding the team that supervises the opening of the graves, conducting the tests to identify the victims, and equating the martyrs and prisoners of the Anfal operations with privileges and rights, as well as activating the decision of the House of Representatives to define the operations of the Anfal, the media office said in a statement.
