Initiative, sponsored by the Central Bank of Iraq, the Iraqi banks and exchange companies, decided to approve the rehabilitation project of bridges (Bab al-Mu'adham, Al-Ahrar, Shuhada, Al-Sanak and Imams).
The central bank said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency INA a copy of it that "in order to strengthen the physical reality of the bridges of Baghdad and to preserve the legacy of civilization and aesthetic in the memory of the beloved capital, decided the Board of the initiative of Tamkin, sponsored by the Central Bank of Iraq, And the Iraqi exchange companies, in their periodic meeting held at the Central Bank building on Thursday, 23 May, approved the project of rehabilitating the bridges (Bab al-Mu'adham, Al-Ahrar, Shuhada, al-Sanak and Imams) and allocating the necessary funds to complete the rehabilitation process in coordination with the Ministries of Housing, Baghdad and leadership Baghdad operations to complete the project during the next four months.
