MOFA: The security situation is stable

INA – BAGHDAD

Ministry of Foreign Affairs – MOFA asserted on Wednesday that the security situation is stable and Iraq is a country that respects the partnerships and friends that has mutual interest with.

 “MOFA is coordinating with everyone and will keep the dialogue ongoing as well as the possibility to maintain the chances of balance in case the region is in a need to it,” said MOFA spokesman, Ahmed al-Sahaf.

He also explained that the security situations in the country are stable and Iraq is keen on keeping the country's sovereignty and at the same time protecting the interests.
