Al-Fayadh: The advisory opinion of Jihad is not specific to a specific stage and we will rely on it whenever we face a danger

The head of the popular mobilization  , Faleh al-Fayyadh, said that the fatwa of Jihad is not specific to a certain stage and will be based on it whenever we face a danger.

The dangers remain and there will still be a need for popular mobilization alongside the security services, Fayyad said in his speech on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sheikh Karim al-Khakani. Federal police have become a great force by fighting alongside the popular mobilization .
