Al-Kaa'bi: "closed roads opening is a sovereign issue"

1^st Deputy Speaker Hassan Al-Kaa'bi considered security forces opening of closed roads in Baghdad and other cities as "sov ereign issue" and positive message to Iraqies and the world.

Al-Kaa'bi received Colonel General Kareem Al-Tamimi, commander of special unit which protects Green Zone, and they discussed reopening all streets in this critical area as soon as possible, a statement of Al-Kaa'bi office said.
