The General Directorate of Intelligence and Security announced, on Friday, arresting two terrorists of Daesh gangs in Kirkuk.
The Directorate stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "within the series of qualitative duties implemented by the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security, which aims to prosecute the remaining remnants of the terrorist gangs, the detachments of the Kirkuk Field Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Directorate of the Directorate were able to capture two terrorists against whom an arrest warrant was issued in Kirkuk province.
The statement added that "the operation was carried out on the basis of accurate intelligence and in coordination with the Commando Regiment of the Kirkuk Operations Command and the incursion Force of the Kirkuk Police Chief and in cooperation with the Directorate for Combating Sulaymaniyah Terrorism."
