President Salih: The current political blockage become a matter of concern

President Barham Salih stressed on Tuesday, that the current political blockage became a worrying matter, while noting that the disruption of constitutional entitlements is an unacceptable.
 
Salih, said in a speech, during the celebration of the 41^st anniversary of founding Badr Organization, which was attended by the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The current political blockage in achieving the constitutional benefits and forming of a new government, five months after the elections, has become a matter of concern and not acceptable, and its continuation will lead the country to slip into dangerous road."
 
"Some sides want the Iraqis to be preoccupied with internal conflicts that drain their strength and weaken their entity, but the Iraqis cannot accept that, and they will not give up their right to a national state," Salih added.
 
He also noted that "The independent, sovereign Iraq represents the interest of the Iraqis and the basis of their national project."
 
President Salih added, "The early elections, which the people and their national forces wanted, were a solution to achieving political and social stability, but they encountered obstacles that should not be ignored, and it is possible to overcome them with unity of word and give priority to the supreme national interest in this circumstance of complex regional and international transformations."
