Gabyan: The Sports Federations Law is disappointing

The head of the Iraqi Swimming Federation, Khaled Abdul Wahid Gabyan, described the sports federations’ law as disappointing.
"The law bears many fallacies and the inability to implement many of its articles, in addition to other articles that constitute the process of implementing them either as clashes with international federations, or going backwards in a way that disrupts the march of sport, not to mention, On repetition, the weakness of the language, the lack of tightening of its articles, and its acceptance of more than one interpretation, which makes it subject for diligence.
