The Ministry of Health and Environment confirmed that the import and distribution of vaccines and treatments will be done centrally from the ministry.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Saif Al-Badr, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Sunday, that "vaccines will be imported and distributed centrally and through (Kimadia), which deals with the import and distribution of medicines and medical supplies."
He added that "the rations of the departments of any medicinal substance will be distributed centrally according to the population density, because the quotas are in the Ministry of Health according to the official data prepared by the Ministry of Planning, including the shares of the governorates of the Kurdistan region."
