The Minister of Immigration and Displacement, Evan Faiq Jabro, announced today, Friday, the closure of the Salamiyya camp in Nineveh Governorate, after the return of the last meal of the displaced persons, amounting to (68) families, to their original areas of residence in the districts and suburbs of the governorate.
According to a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Gabro said: “The return of the displaced and ending the displacement file is a priority for the government because of the humanitarian aspects it entails, in addition to resolving it contributes to strengthening civil peace in Iraqi society and opens the door to a suitable future to build a prosperous and stable social system''
