MOI: Border guards are the knights of the country and the gate to the security of Iraq

Minister of Interior Othman Al-Ghanimi confirmed today, Thursday, that the border guards are the country's knights and the gate to the security of Iraq.

In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the media office of the Minister of Interior said, "The Minister of Interior confirmed that the Border Police forces are the knights of the country and the Iraqi Security Gate. This came during his visit, today, Thursday, to the headquarters of the Border Police Guards in the capital".

Al-Ghanimi was briefed on the most important duties that the leadership is carrying out now, stressing the importance of following up the needs and requests of the members of this vital and important joint in the Ministry of Interior.
