Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement confirmed that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhmi obligated all service and security institutions and local governments to take their real role in providing the appropriate environment for the return of the displaced.
The official spokesman in the ministry, Ali Abbas Jaakin, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhmi directed all institutions related to providing a suitable environment for the displaced,” indicating that “by directing this, Al-Kadhmi put all institutions before a real reality, which is that every institution takes Taking into consideration what they have to do, whether security or service, as well as local governments in the governorates, to provide basic services for the return of the displaced.
He added that "the work of the ministry is to coordinate with international organizations and relevant authorities to provide the appropriate environment for their return."
He pointed out that "opening an office in Sinjar is the best evidence that the ministry has responded to this trend, in order to return the largest possible number of displaced families, especially the Yazidis."
