Health: 4644 new cases of COVID-19 and other 3891 are recovered

Ministry of Health and Environment announced the 4644 new cases of Coronavirus, as well as 3891 cases of recovery across the country, indicating that 23872 tests have been made in all specialized laboratories in Iraq for this day. Thus, the total number of tests in Iraq is 1718157.

In the daily epidemiological data received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the Ministry stated that “The 3891 cases of recovery in Iraq, distributed as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa 449, Baghdad / Al-Karkh 370, Mediccal City 101, Najaf 168, Sulaymaniyah 76, Erbil 210, Dohuk 206, Karbala 335, Kirkuk 224, Diyala 122, Wasit 61, Basra 534, Maysan 130, Babel 110, Diwaniyah 72, Dhi Qar 215, Anbar 124, Muthanna 144 and Nineveh 240.

The new cases for today are 4644, distributed as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa 429, Baghdad / Al-Karkh 720, Medical City 101, Najaf 240, Sulaymaniyah 132, Erbil 201, Dohuk 171, Karbala 271, Kirkuk 157, Diyala 107, Wasit 359, Basra 423, Maysan 159, Babel 65, Diwaniyah 270, Dhi Qar 298, Anbar 36, Muthanna 245, Nineveh 125 and Saladin 135.

The deaths amounted to 63 cases, distributed as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa 5, Baghdad / Al-Karkh 1, Medical City 3, Najaf 3, Sulaymaniyah 9, Erbil 3, Dohuk 1, Karbala 4, Kirkuk 4, Diyala 2, Wasit 2, Basra 7, Babel 4, Diwaniyah 2, Dhi Qar 6, Muthanna 2, Nineveh 3 and Saladin 2.

The total number of the recovered cases is 195259, the cure rate is 76%, the total number of infected cases is 256719, the total cases under treatment is 54038, the number of those in intensive care is 523, and the total deaths is 7422.
