New Turkish, Indian medical teams in Baghdad

INA - Baghdad Ministry of Health has recruited new Turkish and Indian medical teams in Baghdad. Three Indian teams have ran around 120 highly complicated surgeries. “This plan is included within a ‘Medical Recruitment Program’ that helps to reduce sending patients abroad,” Saif al-Badr, MOH spokesman said to INA. Al-Badr also explained that the recruited teams will have a mutual in action work with the local staff to get the experience. Earlier, al-Badr has announced that Iraq and Jordan made talks in terms of medical cooperation within a Medevac program. The Jordanian Ambassador to Iraq, Muntasir al-Zubi has clarified that his country’s will to adopt the Iraqi patients.
