Today, Thursday, Interior Minister Yassin Taher Al-Yasiri directed the tightening of precautionary measures, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, and the examination of all travellers coming from countries that have experienced HIV infections.
This came during a visit by Al-Yasiri to Baghdad International Airport to follow up the measures taken to prevent the arrival of Corona Virus in the country, according to a statement of the Ministry of Interior received.
The statement stated that Al-Yasiri had reviewed the special device for diagnosing patients, directing that the work be a high degree of responsibility in order to preserve the lives of Iraqis. He added that the Minister of Interior inspected the passports of Baghdad International Airport during his visit, promising to show the greatest amount of cooperation with travellers and to deal with them with the utmost respect and appreciation.
