Electricity reveals its plan to provide stations with gas

    The head of the operation department of the Sadr gas power station Kazem Jawad said, in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency: "The government and through the Ministerial Energy Council prepared a fuel plan to supply the electrical stations with gas," explaining that "the time limit of the plan takes about 3 years and includes rehabilitation of fields Gas associated with oil to sustain the momentum of energy production plants in the national gas product. "

    He added that "the ministry has already announced that the import of energy from neighboring countries is limited and my time," noting that "Iraq still needs Iranian gas and that its supply stops negatively on production and processing rates in Baghdad and the central provinces."

    He continued, "The Cabinet agreed to launch the fifth licensing round for the rehabilitation of gas fields, and these tours will be part of the fuel plan to supply gas stations."
