Britain threatens the European Union

    British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his government have discussed using "tariffs" as a lever on the European Union and America to speed up trade talks to conclude agreements after Brexit.

    According to the Times newspaper on Saturday, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is considering threatening the European Union and the United States to impose high customs duties on their goods to increase pressure on them, in order to conclude trade agreements with his country after Britain's exit from the European Union (Brexit).

    In addition to that : the trade talks during this week's meeting, may result in imposing taxes of 30 percent on some types of French cheese and 10 percent on German cars.
