Planning Minister Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi said on Wednesday that his ministry is striving to achieve sustainable development according to the global vision.A statement from his media office received that Dulaimi, a representative of Iraq participated in the United Nations Summit on Sustainable Development Goals, which was held in New York on the sidelines of the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly at its 74th session.

He added that the Minister of Planning during his participation in the UN summit, the ministry's efforts to modify government decisions, to achieve the global vision for sustainable development, pointing to cooperation with the relevant authorities in the executive and legislative authorities, through the holding of joint meetings during the coming period, to coordinate local and international efforts And direct development strategies and government plans towards a single coordination mechanism to achieve the vision's objectives.
