The bodies of five people with signs of violent attacks were found in the village of Patrikevo in Russia's Ulyanovsk region on Sunday before a sixth body was found nearby.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the bodies belonged to a man 66 years, two women 69 and 42 years, along with two young children aged four years, all were attacked with an axe by a member of their family 16 years before committing suicide.
The representative of the Public Prosecution Office in the region stated that the teenager accused of the crime may suffer from schizophrenia.
One of the Russian channels that the teenager, before committing the crime, left a voice message to a friend complaining about family members.A teenage classmate at the school denied that her former classmate was aggressive, stressing that he was a diligent student spending his spare time playing video games.
