Head of Iraqi Hajj Mission Khalid al-Atiya and the Head of the Malaysian Mission agreed to develop bilateral relations and get the benefits of the two countries’ expertise in Hajj.
This came during a mutual meeting occurred between Iraqi and Malaysian Missions in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
“Hajj is the perfect season to meet and communicate Muslims around the world no matter how different countries they come from. This will help to exchange the expertise that other countries have improved in such season,” said al-Atiya during the meeting.
He explained that the Malaysian Mission is experienced in terms of providing services during Hajj and that Iraq is keen on learning news experiences in this regard.
Al-Atiya invited the head of the Malaysian Mission to visit Iraq and discuss developing the mutual relations.
