FM received 173 archaeological pieces

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that the Ministry of Culture had handed over 173 antiquities.

Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim handed over 173 pieces of antiquities, a heritage plaque and two technical plates to the minister of culture and archeology, Abdul-Amir al-Hamdani, at the ministry's headquarters with ceremonies attended by a number of ministries' leadership, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmad al-Sahaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency .
