Education Ministry invites ministries to provide them with accurate needs of their candidates for postgraduate studies outside of Iraq

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Sunday called on all ministries and non-affiliated bodies to provide them with accurate needs for their candidates for postgraduate studies outside of Iraq.

The regulations of the system of holidays outside Iraq for the academic year 2020/2019 stipulated that all ministries and entities not affiliated with the Ministry and the offices of the governors should send their special needs to the candidates who wish to complete their higher studies (Masters, PhD) outside Iraq after being audited and approved by the committee formed between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Planning.

He added that the regulations also stipulated that the priority of nomination by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations of those who receive admission paid by the universities in which they apply to be in compliance with the provisions of the system of leave No. 165 for the year 2011.
