Halbousi calls to negotiation completion between Baghdad and Erbil

The Speaker of the Parliament Muhammad Halbousi called today, in a speech he delivered on the occasion of inaugurating the President of Kurdistan Region Nijervan Barzani, to complete the negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil, affirming the support of the Federal Government in Baghdad to the new region president’s trends.
