Chelsea has reportedly told Real Madrid that they want at least £130 million for Eden Hazard this summer.
Hazard, 28, who has one year remaining on his deal at Stamford Bridge, has made no secret of his desire to join Madrid ever since his childhood idol, Zinedine Zidane, returned as manager back in March.
According to sources, Chelsea wants at least £130m for the Belgian which is some way short of Madrid’s valuation of the Belgium international.
Madrid values the attacker at closer to €100m (£88m) considering he is entering into the final year of his contract at Chelsea.
Maurizio Sarri convinced Hazard to stay on at Chelsea last year amid rumours of an imminent move to Madrid, but the Italian admits the club must ‘respect’ his decision this summer.
