According to the statement of the Information Service of the House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House of Representatives directed the Security and Defense Committee to host the head of counter-terrorism and joint operations and the commander of the federal police and authorized by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the representative of the popular crowd on:

1. The approval of the joint operations regarding the security action before the incident.

2. Who is the local participation in the duty of security.

3. Was the coordination between the Operations Command, the Implementing Party and the Entity on the ground.
