MOE signs a memorandum of understanding with France

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding with the French Embassy in Baghdad to strengthen scientific cooperation.The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay al-Suhail, said in a statement received by the Iraqi news agency a copy of it Iraq looks forward to strong relations with the developed world and its educational institutions, noting that the ministry is working to develop levels of academic families and provide Scientific education .

For his part, the French ambassador in Baghdad Bruno Aubir, his country's desire to strengthen relations of scientific and cultural, explaining that this agreement comes within the efforts to activate the first cooperation between the universities of the two countries.
