Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi on Friday decided to hand over gifts from foreign officials to the Ministry of Culture.
The Prime Minister has decided to hand over the gifts he receives from foreign officials to the Ministry of Culture and to consider them as the property of the Iraqi state to act as required by the interest, the press office said in a statement. Prince Al-Hamdani was officially announced at the Cabinet meeting on May 7, 2019.
He added that the minister had opened a pavilion at the Iraqi National Museum to deposit such gifts.
