INA – BAGHDAD
Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammed al-Kaabi and the Deputy Minister of Russia Yury Borisov signed a joint protocol for the 8th session of the Iraqi-Russian joint committee meetings.
According to the protocol, they agreed to enhance the mutual cooperation ties in terms of production and services sectors in addition to remove all the obstacles that hinders the trade exchange and investment between the two countries.
During the meeting, they signed several agreements and MOUs in terms of trade, financial exchange, power, electricity, industry, communication, information technology, agriculture, transportation, reconstruction and housing, as well as health, sport, culture, tourism, education and other sectors.
