the Information and Communications Authority organized an extensive workshop to discuss the law of cybercrime, in the presence of international experts, civil society organizations and specialists in the fields of information and communications technologies.
The Information Office of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hassan al-Kaabi received that the workshop held under the auspices of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and the parliamentary committees concerned with this matter.
The aim and objectives of the Authority are to hold such a workshop, in order to keep up with the legislations legislated on the reality of work and technological developments, and to safeguard the security and safety of the country and protect citizens, said Ali Nasser Al-Khuwaildi, head of the executive body of the media and communications authority.
