President: International companies to help reconstructing areas

INA – BAGHDAD

President Barham Salih met the UK Secretary of State for International Trade Liam Fox with an accompanying delegation in Baghdad.

Both have made talks regarding economy and trade and the importance to enhance it to improve the mutual interest of the two friendly countries.

Salih praised the support given by UK to Iraq in terms of counter-terrorism and asserted to develop the bilateral relations and that the international companies must contribute to reconstruct the recaptured areas.

UK Secretary of State for International Trade confirmed his country’s support on different levels, especially economy and trade.
