Al-Halbusi and Sullivan discuss Iraqi-US strategic partnership

 INA - BAGHDAD

Speaker of Iraqi Parliament Mohammed Al-Halbusi met the US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan on Saturday.

Both have discussed enhancing the mutual relations and cooperation between the two countries.

They also discussed counter-terrorism and extremism to end Daesh for good.

During the meeting, both asserted the importance of mutual economic and investment cooperation to provide services and job opportunities by the contribution of US companies in the projects of infrastructure and services in Iraq.
