PM to Iraqis in Cairo: We discussed Visa facilitations with Egypt

He listened to their main issues and suggestions and he gave them quick responses as well as he expressed his relief to have such a meeting during his visit to Egypt.

Abdul Mahdi also called on the Iraqis in Egypt to help ending extremism and he forwarded a request to the Iraqi efficiencies to contribute in rebuilding the country.

He highlighted the victories that Iraqis have achieved against terrorism and extremism despite the hard circumstances.

“With Iraq’s victory against Daesh terrorist groups, there would have been no victory in Syria,” said Abdul Mahdi.

He also talked about the agenda of his visit to Egypt and the three-way summit that can help overcoming many economic issues.

In addition to that, he also stated that discussions were made regarding the Egyptian visa facilitations to Iraqis.
