Customs Authority is looking with the WCO to deepen the cooperation area of work of the body

The Iraqi General Authority of Customs discussed on Sunday with the Regional Office for Capacity Building and Development of North Africa and the Near and Middle East of the World Customs Organization to deepen their cooperation.

"The visit of the World Customs Organization (WCO) delegation headed by the Regional Office for Capacity Building and Development of the North African Region and the Near and Middle East of the World Customs Organization, Mr. Murad Arfaoui, is the first of its kind," said Munther Asad, director general of the General Customs Authority of Iraq.

In the context of deepening and developing and modernizing the work of Iraqi customs and for the purpose of diagnosing the obstacles to work and then develop strategic plans to raise the level of performance of the Commission at the headquarters of the Commission today.
