The General Company of Iraqi Airlines announced today maintaining an increase in its air flights in last February.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Transport said that the national transporter recorded 616 flights in Baghdad International Airport with 124247 passengers, 62249 of them departing Baghdad, and 61998 arrivals.
The statement expected more increase in these numbers due to opening new sectors between Iraq and the rest of the world which comes within the Iraqi Government’s policy to have openness on the regional and international surroundings.
