Al Halbousi receives official invitation to visit Moscow

President of the House of Representatives Mohamed Al Halbousi received Russian Ambassador to Iraq Maxim Maximov.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and stressed efforts to activate parliamentary diplomacy.

Maxim also invited the speaker of the State Dima Vyacheslav Volodin to the Speaker of the House of Representatives to visit Russia, as well as another invitation; to participate in the World Economic Conference at its 23rd session, to be held in St. Petersburg.
