Iraqi football Olympic team delegation will leave today Wednesday from Erbil international airport heading to Doha to enter training camp lasts until 17th of the month this March in preparation for the Asian qualifiers in Iran.
Head technical of the Olympic team Abdul Ghani Shahad, said to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that the team is going through a real crisis in terms of numbers of Asian competition, where he finished his camp in Erbil without making matches and only routine exercises, in addition to losing five expatriate players (Aryan Ibrahim and Ziyad Pauls, and Ehab NassIr, and A’seel Mohammad, and Ameer Ammari) in the first friendly match with Qatar Olympic care to take on Friday as a result are not allowed by European clubs which engage in their ranks during the football season.
