President of the Republic Barham Saleh confirmed today that “ Iraq wants to build basics of real partnership with rest of world”.
Media Office of the President said in a statement, which INA agency received a copy of, that “President Saleh during his meet with Minister for European and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Ludian confirmed on the necessity of developing in the relations between Iraq and France in way to serve common interests for the two friendly peoples, and mentioned that Iraq wants to build basics of real partnership with rest of world to getting up of the country economy”.
Adding that “the president praised the positive role of European Union in supporting Iraqi government, and Iraq is looking forward to more cooperate in political, economical and tradition fields”.
From his side Ludian renewed his country attentioned in continuation of supporting Iraq in all fields, and praising the victories which the Iraqi people make against ISIS gungs”.
