Federal court confirms support of economy in Iraq

The Federal Supreme Court of Iraq confirmed, on Sunday, that it has issued many laws that back the economic dossier, and it has enhanced the constitutional mechanisms to set the national budget law.

Spokesman of the Court, Eyas al-Samouk said in s statement, which INA received a copy of, that the Supreme Court sought through its constitutional specialty to support the economic dossier in Iraq, adding that the court consolidated the constitutional mechanisms related to setting the national budget law, referring that the court decreed of the unconstitutionality of items that hurdles investment in Iraq.
