Iraq's representative to the United Nations Mohammad Bahr al-Ulum said the government's success in providing salaries for all employees in 2019, including Peshmerga fighters.
Bahr al-Uloum said in a speech to the special session of the UN Security Council: Iraq has begun to implement programs for the employment of young people and the promotion of education and health, calling on the international community to fulfil its obligations to Iraq. The representative of Iraq called on all States to cooperate in the pursuit of terrorists.
