United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women in Iraq praised the role of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hassan al-Kaabi for his support to women in Iraq and encouraging the Parliament to offer support as well.
UN Women also considered al-Kaabi as a fundamental companion in terms of supporting their programs and activities that empower the women in the country.
"His participation in their activities, dispite the missions he has got, is valuable and distinguished," stated UN Women.
